Back2Work is an initiative supported by the Victorian Government – Jobs Victoria Employment Network (JVEN) aimed at supporting disadvantaged youth into employment.

JVEN supports young people who are:

- Aged 15 - 24 years old
- Ex-offenders
- In and out of home care
- Participants interested in full time or part-time employment
- Living in the southeastern suburbs of Melbourne
- Unemployed for six months or more 

TaskForce is experienced in supporting people returning to employment and can offer you:

- One on one support to find work
- Assistance to contact employers
- Support to understand the Australian workplace
- On-site support to help you learn the job
- Support to help employers be culturally inclusive when hiring employees

We can work in partnership with existing job active providers, recruitment companies and support agencies to help ensure a supportive transition into employment.
