Stepping Up offers ‘Enhanced Therapeutic Alcohol and Other Drug Counselling and Case Coordination’ services. These services are provided by a professionally qualified team of psychologist and counsellors who aim to work with individuals and family members affected by alcohol and other drug misuse. The services are tailored to support identified treatment goals in a caring and supportive environment.

The service is fully funded by the Victorian Department of Health with no cost or any of the usual Medicare restrictions. A varied range of services and supports have been designed with a best practice approach to addressing the clinical needs unpinned by the NIDA(2009) principles and a commitment to incorporate research and evidence-based AOD practices into all policy services.
