Research

Action research is 'the systematic collection of information that is designed to bring about social change' and this underpins all of the work we do at TaskForce, and it supports our desire to provide evidence based best practice through out the agency.

Action research has the potential to generate genuine and sustained improvements in services in the community. It gives practitioners new opportunities to reflect on and assess their interventions; to explore and test new ideas, methods, and materials; to assess how effective the new approaches were; to share feedback with fellow team members; and to make decisions about which new approaches to include in our services.

Breaking the cycle
