IMAGINE A LIFE

What if the greatest gift you could give this year wasn't the latest DVD or video game? What if your gift made a real difference?

IMAGINE A LIFE

Unemployed, homeless and sleeping under the Bridge at Flinders Street Station, yesterday Lewy gave his day to support local charity TaskForce to get people thinking about how they can make a difference in the lives of others.

His efforts paid off with over 1,000 Melbournians taking part in the launch of “Imagine a life” at Federation Square on 21st December.

“What if the greatest gift we gave this year wasn’t expensive, but changed someone’s life for the better? What if our actions alone helped people who are doing it tough?” He said.

His words were echoed by TaskForce CEO Karenza Louis-Smith “People want to make a difference, but they can’t always afford to give cash. I must have spoken to hundreds of people in Federation Square yesterday who all wanted to help and by making a new years resolution – they did.”

With support from you, together, we can truly make a difference to many lives in 2010 and beyond. We are aiming to get over 10,000 more people to visit www.imaginealife.com.au and make their new years resolution making a difference in the lives of others less fortunate. What better gift to give at Christmas?

Make a resolution now!
