THE BOARD

Ron Barnacle - President (1990 – current)

Ron first joined the committee of TaskForce more than a decade ago and is the longest-serving President. He began his own very successful marketing communication company in the early 90's and today is Chairman of several companies in Australia's largest and most respected communication and advertising group.

Sue Bradshaw - Vice president (2005 – Current)

Sue brings extensive experience as a senior manager and CEO in the community services and health care sectors. Sue is currently the Health Development Manager with Medibank Private. Her qualifications include an M.B.A., B.A., and Diploma of Criminology.

Peter Thomas - Vice president (2005 – current)

Peter has held a number of senior legal, administration and human resources positions both locally and overseas in an international consumer products company and locally in a listed Australian wine company.

Kathy Soros- Treasurer (2010 – Current)

Our newest Board member, Kathy brings extensive expertise in the area of financial management in both the corporate and not for profit sector to the board.

Russell Martin - (1997 – current)

Russell joined the TaskForce Board as Treasurer in 1998 following his full time retirement from significant CFO roles in the international workforce. He is a Fellow of the Australian Society of CPAs.

Rosetta Isma - Secretary (1998 – current)

Rosetta’s experience includes roles in Corrections including working with the needs of men, women and children held in mandatory detention. Rosetta also bring significant experience in staff development and training.

Eddie McFall (2008 – Current)

Eddie has a finance background in the corporate sector working for Pfizer and Cadbury Schweppes. He is currently with Matrix on Board providing financial management support and guidance to the not-for-profit sector. He is secretary and public officer of a Victorian community group and is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.

Deborah Dobbie (2008 – current)

Deborah is a qualified psychologist with considerable consulting experience working in the business environment providing specialist HR advice and delivery to enhance morale, skills and productivity to business. Her areas of expertise include Leadership/Management Coaching, Training and Development, Change Management and Psychometric Testing. Deborah also lectures in management on a number of MBA and undergraduate programs.

John Bower (2008 – current)

John is a part-time management consultant. He has long general management experience in multi-national consumer goods companies in Australia and overseas.
